When we created Sirius we knew we wanted to operate a little differently.  Sirius is not a typical “food truck”.  We are a mobile wood fired catering company. Why does a catering company set up at local breweries as a food truck on a regular basis? To give our catering clients a chance to sample our food, meet our crew, and see us in action. Our previous customers also come back to see us for date nights to enjoy the food they had at their celebration.

We enjoy supporting small local businesses like ourselves. Food trucks help to bring more customers to local businesses. Our focus for our non-catering locations is on symbiotic relationships.  We only set up in locations that we really enjoy and that we know our customers will enjoy too.  For us food is about relationships, so we go where we like the owners and their products. Our pizza must pair beautifully with what the venue offers, so typically craft breweries, vineyards, and cider makers.

We love to be a part of people’s personal events.  If there is a party, we love to be invited.  Private events are our favorite as that is where we really can shine and make your special event an event to remember.

Take and Bake

When the world changes, so do we.  This menu was designed at the start of COVID to be able to hand people premade wood fired pizzas to finish in your home oven. We cooked to 75% done in the wood-fired oven, cool the dough, top it, wrap it, and you take it home to finish cooking when you are ready to eat. We now offer these pizzas to companies as an employee appreciation meal alternative. Instead of feeding your staff at work, at the end of the day, they take home the premade pizza they ordered and share it with their family. Instead of just feeding them, you feed those they love as well. A popular and low-risk party alternative.
