We are a catering company that uses our mobile kitchen trailer to create the freshest food on location. We are not a traditional food truck. We are not looking for locations/opportunities to vend. Every date that we book vending is a date we remove from our catering availability calendar. Catering is where we shine and what we love to do. Why do we have weekly days vending at our brewery locations if we are a catering company? To allow our catering clients to have the food they had at their event again and again, and to let new clients try us out.

On very rare occasions when the sponsor is willing to guarantee a minimum of $1,500 in sales on Fridays and Saturdays, and $1,250 for weekdays and lunches we will do a few public events a year. The only exceptions to these minimums are military/first responder events and our brewery partner events.
