During the busy season life becomes eat, sleep, and cater/cook. Lots of amazing memories are made. So many pictures are taken in an effort to capture moments in time. Fabulous events, breathtaking brides, amazing locations, and life becomes a happy blur of one party after the next. When we are not working, we are sleeping, washing dishes, and doing all the back end things so few people ever think of or see. The majority of our waking hour when we are “not working” in our peek season are spent shopping for the fresh produce, washing clothes, cleaning the trailer, answering client emails and phone calls, making dough, balling dough, splitting, stacking, and loading firewood, and the list goes on. These are the things that take priority in the busy season and any spare moments are reserved for enjoying a bit of family fun with not a lot of time left over for things like sitting down and doing the paperwork, revamping the website, and starting the blog you keep promising you will get to..

So today is the day I get to that long over due blog I promised. What will be here? Information, stories, insights, ideas, etc. We dearly love our amazing fans and that is who this will be dedicated to. I have 2 pages of topics I need to cover, and stories I want to tell you in my planner. A lot of back stories to explain why we do what we do the way that we do it., lots of insight and information for catering clients, and some curtain pulling back to show you a glimpse of the people behind the glass and life we lead beyond the trailer.
